The loadable sleeve length of 7” allows for multiple plates to be added to increase/ decrease weights accordingly. The bar includes locking ring collars to securely keep the weight plate(s) in place. The multiple hand grip positions leverage the arms to perform curls more efficiently and target certain areas of the forearms and biceps. The diamond knurled grips makes the bar safer, and easier to handle when working out.
