Return & Refund Policy
Returns Overview:
We do not accept returns for SUNNY HEALTH & FITNESS and AURORA products, per manufacturer's policy. There will be no exceptions.
All Made-to-Order items are NON CANCELABLE / NON RETURNABLE. Please refer to checklist on the product page to determine if item is Made-to-Order.
Treadmills and Fitness World upholds a 30-day return policy.
Please reach out to Info@treadmillsandfitnessworld.com to initiate the return process. Include “RETURN” in the subject line, your order number, and the reason for return in the body of the email.
Returns are available for most unused or defective items (as determined by the manufacturer), except ALL SUNNY HEALTH & FITNESS & AURORA products, in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. All ROPLEX items that are made to order are non-cancelable / non-returnable once put into production.Customer is responsible for repackaging (if the package has been unpacked), 25% restocking fee, and shipping charges. You're responsible for insuring all parts and/or products you plan to return. You assume the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
Authorized returns must be completed within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you have requested a replacement, please return the product within 30 days to avoid any charges. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact Info@treadmillsandfitnessworld.com.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. WE CANNOT ACCEPT USED ITEMS.
Damages:
Upon signing for delivery, please inspect all items for defects and/or damages. If any exist, email 4-6 photos (including multiple angles) of the damaged area(s) to Info@treadmillsandfitnessworld.com. Please note, damages must be reported within 4 days after delivery. This does not apply to SUNNY HEALTH & FITNESS and AURORA products. All SUNNY HEALTH & FITNESS and AURORA products are FINAL SALE per manufacturer's policy.
OVICX / LIFESPAN Fitness Products
Per manufacturer's policy, returns will be accepted within the initial 30 days of purchase; however, if there is a damaged/defective item the manufacturer will attempt to resolve it with parts before replacing the full unit.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund was approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
After checking your credit card statement or bank account, if you have not received a refund please contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is processed and officially posted. If you still have not received your refund after the timeframe your credit card company or bank gives you, please contact us at Info@treadmillsandfitnessworld.com
Sale items (if applicable):
Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellations:
Any order cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% administration fee, whether your order has shipped or not. If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees.
