Shipping Policy
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed with us you will receive a confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If the item(s) for your order becomes available for shipping within 9 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Shipment process:
Upon receiving your order we will confirm the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of purchase. Once the tracking number(s) are available we will send them to the email provided at the time of purchase. If for some reason you do not receive tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@treadmillsandfitnessworld.com. Please see details below and note some brands have longer lead times.
Jacobs Ladder: Per manufacturer, average production time ranges 4-5 weeks or sooner. Once items are in production, order is non-cancelable /non-returnable.
Ropeflex: Per manufacturer, average production time for made to order items is about 2-3 weeks. All other items are about 2 weeks if not sooner (ie RX505-rx2100). Once items are in production, order is non-cancelable /non-returnable.
Trueform Runner: Per manufacturer, average production time ranges about 3-4 weeks normally. Once items are in production, order is non-cancelable /non-returnable.
Motive Fitness: Per manufacturer, average production time ranges about 2-3 weeks. Once items are in production, order is non-cancelable /non-returnable.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@treadmillsandfitnessworld.com with "DAMAGES" in the subject line.
