The 33 lb. chrome dumbbell set comes complete with (1) carry case, (8) - 2.5 lb. weight plates, (4) - 1.25 lb. weight plates, (4) star lock collars, and (2) barbells allowing you to fully customize your workout. Multi weight range options cater to your fitness level while the adjustable plates promote a gradual strength training regimen.
